Pind Daan — Basic
Kashi is one of the eternal seats of pind daan — moksha-giving ground where these rites have been performed for as long as the city has stood. This booking arranges the basic pind daan ceremony at the traditional ghats, led by a verified pandit who performs the full vidhi: sankalp, pind offerings, tarpan, and the concluding prayers.
Share the departed’s name, your gotra and a preferred date in the form. Pandit ji calls you a day ahead to confirm every detail, explain what to bring and wear, and answer the questions families always have. All samagri is included; the ceremony takes about two hours, with time given, not counted.
If you need a more elaborate vidhi — tripindi shraddha, or rites on a specific tithi — mention it in the form or on WhatsApp, and we will arrange it with the same pandit.
