Why we built OzeTrips

Kashi welcomes millions of travellers a year — and too many of them spend their first hour here bargaining on the ghat steps, unsure who to trust with a boat, a cab or a puja. We are a small team from Varanasi who grew up between these lanes and this river, and we wanted booking Kashi to feel the way the city deserves: warm, honest and simple.

So we put our own network online — the boat captains, drivers, licensed guides, pandits and hosts we have worked with for years — with fixed prices, real invoices and one WhatsApp number that actually answers. When you book with us, a specific person is responsible for your morning on the river. That accountability is the whole product.
